Ubushakashatsi mu by’ubumenyi (science)kuri Stress buragoye kubusobanukirwa. Ariko mu rwego rwo kubyoroshya, twavuga ko Stress ari uburyo umubiri hamwe n’igice kigenga intekerezo zacu byombi ukobibona n’uko byakira ibyo duhura nabyo mu buzima bwacu bwa buri munsi.
